Born in Joliette QC in 1988, Samuel Pasquier now lives and works in Montreal. After graduating from a DEC in photography in 2010, he spent his formative years as a studio assistant in commercial photography. Having developed a solid technical background, a lot of his workflow is based on instinct and the trust of process during capture in order to let the work come alive by itself. Recipient of the Magenta Flash forward award and three times recipient of an American Photographer award, he built a reputation for his pristine compositions and expressive visuals. Pasquier is currently working on his first book titled En Parallèle, which focuses on the collective synchronicity in the creative fields.
